The promise covers the exact design and materials in your estimate. Changes, upgrades, or additions after approval may require a new timeline.
Your space must be clear, accessible, and ready on installation day. Delays caused by site readiness, access issues, or unpaid balances will void the 30-day guarantee, but we’ll still reschedule at the next available opening.
Specialty/custom materials with long lead times and events outside our control (supplier delays, weather, strikes) are excluded.
If you request to reschedule, the 30-day timeline no longer applies.
If we miss the deadline for reasons on our end, we’ll apply [credit/refund/discount] as our way of making it right.
